As a Systems Analyst reporting to the Director Information Technology, you will participate in solution delivery the day-to-day operations of the portfolio. You will support the Product Owner and Agile Teams in defining requirements for Agile Features/Stories, assist with solution design, define testing plans, and act as a liaison between technical teams and business partners. You will support the Delivery Manager and Sr. Systems Analyst / Solution Architect in defining the release activities and interdependencies for a successful release.

You Will (position responsibilities):

  • Develop and maintain a strong, proactive relationship with internal business customers and other IT teams to deliver incremental value, and of course, have fun!

  • Liason with IT teams, business partners, and leadership alike.

  • Participate in Continuous Delivery as part of an Agile Team to deliver a continuous flow of capabilities and valuable solutions that meet business needs and objectives.

  • Engage as an Analyst for business process understanding, requirements gathering, Feature/Story writing, and prioritization.

  • Collaborate with team members to design, build, test, deploy, and stabilize solutions.

  • Support Procurement applications, such as Right Angle, SAP Procure-2-Pay (P2P), SAP Ariba, DocuSign and more to maximize our investments.

  • Create documentation and support knowledge-sharing efforts to ensure users and stakeholders understand new processes and tools.

  • Understand the end-to-end application environment and work with architects to validate that new capabilities are being built according to broader strategic direction.

  • Validate business and technical requirements are met during the solution delivery process.

  • Oversee IT Outsourcer service management (problem management, issue escalation, and change management).

  • Help with vendor management of application software vendors on services, system lifecycle, and contract/license management.

  • Ensure strict adherence to all security and process procedures especially around sensitive data.

  • Be a visible team member who clearly supports transformational changes that result from successful solution delivery.

You Have (position qualifications):

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

  • 2+ years in Information Technology or relevant experience

  • High-level understanding of IT systems architecture and project methodologies

  • Prior experience either supporting procurement processes and SAP applications or as a business user of such applications

  • Interest in learning new business processes - primarily Procurement and Manufacturing - and IT solutions that support them

  • Ability to translate technical concepts to stakeholders and business concepts to technical resources

  • Ability to work in matrixed and cross-functional teams

  • Experience with Continuous Delivery and/or Agile methodologies (preferred)

  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually

  • Hybrid work schedule with 3 days onsite every week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Compensation:

Pay Range:$71,300-$104,600

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
