We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development and rollout of a cloud governance platform with auto-remediation capabilities. This platform will enable the organization to efficiently manage cloud resources, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and reduce risk. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy the platform, and driving adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap:
- Define the product vision and roadmap for the cloud governance platform with auto-remediation capabilities.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prioritize features and requirements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Product Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to develop and deploy the platform.
- Ensure that the platform meets the required functionality, scalability, and performance standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cloud providers, security teams, and compliance officers.
- Auto-Remediation:
- Work with the engineering team to design and develop auto-remediation capabilities that can detect and correct cloud resource misconfigurations.
- Ensure that the auto-remediation capabilities are aligned with the organization’s security and compliance policies.
- Adoption and Rollout:
- Develop a comprehensive adoption plan to roll out the platform across the organization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT, security, and compliance teams, to ensure a smooth adoption process.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and usage of the platform.
- Metrics and Monitoring:
- Develop and track key metrics to measure the success of the platform, including adoption rates, usage, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the platform’s performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cloud providers, security teams, and compliance officers.
- Ensure that the platform meets the requirements of these stakeholders and that their needs are addressed.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud governance, security, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- Experience with auto-remediation technologies and cloud security frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize features and requirements based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with cloud governance platforms, such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Policy, or GCP Cloud Security Command Center.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Certification in cloud computing, security, or compliance, such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.79 to $65.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
