This role is hybrid in Culver City, CA; Tues/Thurs On-Site
The Marketing Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting Title Leads in the day-to-day management of global Marketing video assets for our streaming platform. This role works collaboratively with Title Leads, Marketing Strategy, Creative, Localization, and Distribution teams.
Core Responsibilities
Asset Management
- Creation of asset title records and corresponding metadata
- Confirming customer facing asset titles and platform placement
- Tracking of incoming source Marketing assets
- Ordering of globally localized Marketing assets
Project Management
- Monitoring milestone and partner due dates
- Updating schedules daily
- Issuing alerts if project due dates are at risk
- Providing status reports to internal teams and stakeholders through final delivery
- Working with internal creative teams and 3rd party vendors on workflows and QC
Documentation & Analysis
- Continually updating process & procedure documentation
- Analyzing reports
- Representing the group in various meetings
- Additional ad hoc project support as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3-5+ years in Marketing Operations at a studio, streaming service, or marketing agency
- Proven experience working on complex, international, large-scale, time-critical projects
Technical Knowledge
- Strong familiarity with digital platforms and streaming services
- Understanding of content management systems and digital asset workflows

Education
- College degree preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience (3-5+ years) in Marketing Operations and/or Marketing Asset Workflow acceptable
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
