Role Summary: As part of the M&A Integration Management Office (IMO) team, the M&A Integration Manager plays a key role in leading the seamless integration of acquisitions into NFP. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the integration program while managing cross-functional corporate teams—including HR, Marketing, IT, Finance & Accounting—and regional leadership to ensure successful business, operational, and system integration. The manager will also track integration progress, monitor performance, and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine integration strategies and execution plans for new acquisitions.
- Design, manage, and maintain integration project plans and dashboards with key milestones, metrics, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Establish and lead recurring integration meetings, ensuring clear communication of status updates and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize integration processes, track progress, and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure alignment and cohesion across functional teams, identifying and managing interdependencies and integration milestones.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder communications tailored to various levels of the organization.
- Create and refine process tools, documentation, and templates to improve integration workflows continuously.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and integration metrics at both executive and tactical levels.
- Assess, forecast, and monitor integration synergies, managing financial and operational data gathered during due diligence and execution phases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a capacity to identify patterns and dependencies across functions.
- Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional processes, anticipate risks, and drive solutions.
- Proven leadership in driving organizational change, managing diverse teams, and influencing key stakeholders.
- Expertise in project planning and management, with the ability to execute within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for different audiences.
- Working knowledge of corporate functions, including HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
- High level of integrity and commitment to handling confidential information.
- Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated team player with a tolerance for ambiguity.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of six years of experience in Integration Management (IMO) or related fields such as business transformation or management consulting.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects and driving business integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The base salary range for this position is $103,000 – $127,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
