The Product Manager, Services and Aftermarket will manage the complete lifecycle of software, digital, and professional service solutions for our Security and Access Solutions brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product or offering management and a proven track record of growing recurring revenue through physical security software, call center software, digital/cloud services, and professional service offerings.
This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Service Operations, and Engineering functions to manage, position, create, and launch software and service offerings to grow services and aftermarket revenue organically and through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Offering Management:
o Lead the cross-cultural functional teams of product, central marketing, sales, engineering, and support resources to manage and create software and services offers.
o Continuously analyze market, perform voice of the customer, conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and evaluate gaps in the offerings.
o Develop offering roadmaps for services and aftermarket, including digital service models for end users, channel, and technology partners.
o Influence & support the services overall strategy and roadmap for assigned product families.
o Identify opportunities for new software and service development and recommend build, buy or partner to optimize resources.
o Support training and knowledge sharing internally and externally.
o Establish key performance indicators and metrics to track product roadmap, launches and post launch performance of assigned offerings.
o Support commercial leaders to identify strategic target customers, partners, and other major stakeholders for new business opportunities.
o Develop, drive, and oversee the execution of differentiated go-to-markets, curate customer perspectives, industry trends, market requirements competitive analysis, partnerships and technology disruptions that will drive revenue and earnings growth.
* Industry Relations and Marketing:
o Work with internal teams including, marketing communications and engineering, to define, coordinate, and implement a unified story line and sales strategies.
o Promote & foster long-term relationships with key customers and major influencing bodies.
o Support strategy and offer marketing with sub-segment market research, business model development, value propositions, use cases and journey maps for assigned segments.

You Must Have:
* 3-7 years of experience in a Product or Offering Management role
* Experience in software, physical security, and monitoring center spaces
* Experience with Agile software development and release processes, requirement and use case development, business case development, data analysis, and project lifecycle.
* Travel: 30%, including air travel, overnight hotel stays, and unexpected travel when required

* Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
