As a Warehouse Lead, you will be leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. You will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities. You will ensure to meet internal and external customers requirement.
As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stock
- Managing internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stock
- Sharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunities
- Leading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse team
- Identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of industry experience gained in warehousing or logistics
- Have at least 1 year of experience with large forklifts
- Have leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organization
- Have solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Show excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies

- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.
- There will be scheduled times when this role needs to be on call.
