The Role
Are you ready to drive strategy for product marketing programs and launches at Fidelity Investments? In this role, you'll create marketing and positioning for solutions, including capabilities messaging for product launches across all distribution channels. You'll lead a team of six that is responsible for the platform technology and product marketing strategy, planning, and execution for Fidelity Institutional. Partnering with client segment leads, you'll build content that helps acquire and retain clients, while collaborating with partners and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging. You'll analyze marketing effectiveness to inform future messaging and content engagement strategies and work with Marketing colleagues on plans, programs, and campaigns. Your role will involve establishing strong relationships with client-facing teams, marketing peers, and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate, timely, and impactful results. You'll need to understand the product and segment business goals, as well as the needs of the field-facing business partners we support. Communication skills: Outstanding writing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into compelling content.

Education: BS Degree required.
Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses a plus or can be acquired while in the role.

Our team partners with product management groups to deliver accurate, consistent, and compelling content for our platform technology and product offerings, helping clients meet their objectives. We are a fast-paced, collaborative marketing team focused on helping clients grow their businesses through our solutions.
We are seeking a Vice President of Technology and Product Marketing for the Institutional Segment Marketing team. This role involves leading marketing programs that position Fidelity as a top provider of platform and technology solutions for advisors, broker-dealers, banks, and family offices, as well as providing strategic direction and coaching to the team. Collaboration with various business partners across Fidelity is essential.
The base salary range for this position is $123,000-$207,000 per year.Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
