  • Front-End Troubleshooting and User Guidance:
    • When back-end troubleshooting via SQL is not possible due to client software restrictions, guide end users through resolving issues using front-end solutions.
    • Develop and provide clear, step-by-step instructions and support to empower users to address and fix issues independently.
  • Software Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging training sessions on AVID, Kardin, and Yardi, focusing on system operations, best practices, and effective usage.
    • Tailor training approaches to accommodate various skill levels and ensure thorough understanding.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage projects related to chart of accounts conversion, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing systems.

    • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding technical support, training for AVID, Kardin, and Yardi and project-related inquiries.
    • Build and sustain strong client relationships, providing responsive and effective support.
  • Project Assistance:
    • Assist with ad hoc projects related to technical troubleshooting, software integration, and other client-specific needs.
    • Collaborate with team members to address client requirements and enhance technology solutions.

    • Strong ability to guide end users through front-end troubleshooting processes when back-end solutions are restricted.
    • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to client support and training.
