Your Role: As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst, you will focus on developing and administering talent acquisition, employment, and recruiting programs to ensure a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and TA partners.
Your work:

• Provide recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, and updating the applicant tracking system.

• Manage the post-offer, pre-hire process, including background checks, system updates, and candidate communication.

• Host candidates on-site and manage their pre-boarding process.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

• Partner with Executive Assistants and internal Executives to ensure smooth recruiting and scheduling.

• Interface effectively with Human Resources and divisional programs.

• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events like job fairs and open houses.

• Manage the Recruiting mailbox and respond to inquiries.

• Provide project support, including reporting, analytics, and logistical assistance for leadership and employee development programs.

• Manage vendor relationships for background checks, drug tests, I-9 programs, and candidate experience surveys.

• Oversee candidate experience surveys, analytics, and program enhancements.

• Act as an SME for Workday upgrades and new opportunities, representing TA needs and providing training.

• Monitor and manage the new employee onboarding program, including content ownership and analytics.

• Provide project support for large TA programs, creating work plans, and identifying process improvements.

• Communicate timely and accurate updates to project sponsors, end users, and leadership.

• Create communication materials, including presentations, for various audiences.

• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Manage TA SharePoint sites, files, and information.

• Collaborate with HR teams on process improvement activities, such as EOY/BOY and interview guide development.

• Build and maintain dashboard metrics for TA programs.

• Track and analyze data from multiple sources to manage programs.

• Analyze and synthesize data to identify root causes and provide insights.

• Conduct research and analysis on program and project requests, recommending enhancements and solutions.

Required Experience, Education and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent certification or experience

• Demonstrated strength and proficiency in project management.

• Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data to build meaningful analysis and messaging that supports business decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to write compelling communications, including presentations, and effectively determine the optimal methods of sharing information.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.

• Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity.

• Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations.

• Demonstrated strength in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) to improve efficiency, able to manage and build SharePoint site content, deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems.

• Strong attention to detail, process-oriented focus

• Able to manage high volume workload on a consistent basis.

• Able to take direction from multiple sources.

• Strong organizational skills.

What would make us excited about you? 

• Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 2 years of background and I-9 experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting coordination experience

• Recruiting coordination experience

• HR and/or talent acquisition experience

• Actively shapes our company culture (e.g., participating in employee resource groups, volunteering, etc.) 

• Lives into cultural norms (e.g., willing to have cameras when it matters: helping onboard new team members, building relationships, etc.) 

• Travels as needed for role, including divisional / team meetings and other in-person meetings 

• Fulfills business needs, which may include investing extra time, helping other teams, etc
