As a System Performance Scalability Test Engineer here at Honeywell Smart Energy, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our software solutions. You will design and execute performance tests, analyze test results, and provide recommendations for optimizing system performance and scalability. Your expertise in testing methodologies and tools will be crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance and scalability.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance bottlenecks, propose solutions, and implement optimizations.
• Design and execute performance tests to evaluate the scalability and performance of software solutions
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks
• Collaborate with development teams to propose and implement performance optimizations
• Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
• Provide recommendations for optimizing system performance and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of software solutions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 3+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools
• Experience with performance testing frameworks and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
