Launch innovations in nearly every commercial and defense aircraft platform
As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for process improvement projects supporting the Space and RevCOGS procurement teams in Aerospace Technologies (AT).
You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of supply chain projects, ensuring operational excellence and improving project delivery. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, define project scope and objectives, and manage project timelines and budgets will contribute to the overall success of the AT. Your role will also involve the ability to influence others in managing collaboration to drive forecast accuracy and revenue for RevCogs programs.
You will report directly to our Sr Director of Procurement and you'll work out of our Tempe, Arizona, Glendale, Arizona or Clearwater, Florida locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations, driving improvements and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and improve RevCogs Materials processes and performance through an effective management operating system
* Data Analysis and trend identification to support process improvement projects
* Development and execution of process improvement projects based on data trends and process gaps
* Ensure continuity of supply for assigned fulfillment activities and manage supplier communication
* Work with Integrated Program Teams (IPT), Sourcing Program Managers (SPM), and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure the needs of the program are met
* Support programs when it comes to procurement needs, including cost, quality, and delivery
* Report out to senior leadership on project status and results
* Ensure procurement metrics are worked and all metrics meet goals

YOU MUST HAVE
* 5+ years of experience in business management, preferably in supply chain or operations
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

* Experience in the aerospace industry
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
