Key Responsibilities
- Manage backlog of client experience recommendations; work with stakeholder teams (product, operations, affiliates) to prioritize, estimate, and present recommendations to leadership
- Co-manage client complaint process - central point of contact for Banking and Cash Solutions, track complaints, ensure resolution, and provide analysis/reporting for BCS management
- Complete analysis and make research-based recommendations in partnership with the product team to improve product features, service, sales, marketing, processes, policies and procedures
- Partner with product team and marketing on sales initiatives
- Work with process analyst team to prepare and conduct process walkthroughs, process flow updates, and journey mapping/client experience brainstorming sessions
- Support and develop internal and external vendor/partner relationships
- Develop and provide operations reporting and submit risk incidents as needed BUR (Business Unit Reviewer) and AdTrax submissions for product servicing campaigns
- Actively identify opportunities to recommend, develop and build service and operations improvements for the organization
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience. *Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Banking lending product operations experience
- Good analytical, quantitative & problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling
- Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes
- Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
