Solutions Architect, Data Analytics
As a Solution Architect (SolArch) at Moody's, you will serve as a pivotal technical liaison, crafting bespoke solutions that address our clients' unique challenges during the pre-sales process. You will leverage Moody's cutting-edge technology to transcend traditional boundaries, delivering cloud-based services and sophisticated software architectures that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential clients' business challenges, technical environments, and operational processes.
- Design strategic solutions that integrate Moody's products or partner solutions, ensuring alignment with the client's vision and goals.
- Create detailed solution design documents to facilitate alignment with clients' technical and functional requirements.
- Spearhead the technical aspects of sales engagements, including proof-of-concept execution, data analysis, and customized demonstrations.
- Prepares and delivers presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to senior stakeholders
- Lead the response to technical queries in RFPs and ensure a seamless transition to the Solutions Delivery team for implementation.
- Collaborate with clients on technical co-design for co-innovation solutions and document standard reference designs to enhance pre-sales efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for effective hand-off of the documented solution design from Sales to Moody's Solutions Delivery and the client for implementation
- Helps build business cases for innovated product/data enhancements with Moody's strategy teams
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's, Master's (MSc/MA), or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a PhD or MBA is a plus.
- Over 12 years of experience in technology solutions, data analytics, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations and demos.
- Comprehensive understanding of third-party data provider offerings, and the various integration patterns to leverage their data throughout the enterprise including MDM, CRM, ERP and data analytics platforms in the cloud and on-premises.
- A creative problem solver with a critical thinking mindset, capable of addressing unexpected challenges and identifying new growth and learning opportunities.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, requiring minimal supervision.
- Experience with complex sales cycles and client relationship management is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$190,000 - [[$250,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
