What we’re Looking for:
In this role, you will be responsible for the regulatory and certification compliance of Amway Durables products sold in over 80 countries and territories around the globe. Your ability to guide Durables product development teams in product safety and regulatory compliance issues is an expectation and responsibility of this role. You will participate in concept reviews for our Durables brands (eSpring and Atmosphere), label development, and international claims substantiation. You will interact with global testing labs and certifiers, and will oversee certification testing on new and existing electromechanical products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with our global affiliates, developing relationships with regulatory partners both inside Amway, and in the industry. As a global regulatory partner, you will monitor and interpret current, pending, and future product regulations and safety requirements. In the current hybrid arrangement, you are expected to be in the office Tuesday-Thursday, working remotely, if desired, on Mondays and Fridays.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in an electrical/durables regulatory environment
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance with electrical appliances, interpreting regulatory issues
- Global exposure with experience working cross functionally and on global project teams
- Talent to communicate across cultures, with the potential to influence stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret the impact of regulatory changes for appliances
- BS degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

- Excellent organizational skills, project management skills, deadline adherence, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Talent to collaborate with internal and external partners to bring projects forward to completion
