Senior Marketing Manager
Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the healthcare sector. This role focuses on enhancing brand awareness, driving client engagement, and ensuring effective communication with key stakeholders to support overall business objectives.
This is a full time, direct hire role that will be onsite 3 days/week in Kansas City, MO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals in the healthcare industry.
- Oversee and manage marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector.
- Engage with clients to gather feedback and insights, improving service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing strategy, with a focus on the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong client communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience in managing marketing teams and projects, showcasing leadership capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
