As
a Sr. Internal Auditor here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in
ensuring the effectiveness of our internal audit processes and enhancing our

You will report directly to our Internal Audit Manager, and you'll work out of our Charlotte,
NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the company's ability to identify and mitigate
risks, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and
procedures. By providing guidance and recommendations to management, you will
contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control enhancements and

YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years' experience with Big Four Audit or internal Audit experience from Fortune 500 companies
- 3+ years consulting experience, ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CPA certification
- Travel at 20%
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- Some experience planning and executing audits in global environments
- Recent Big 4 audit experience
- SAP audit experience
- Hyperion audit experience
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- CPA, CFE, CISA, CISSP, CISM, PMP or similar IT certification
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
- Consistently
makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing
systematic analysis with decisiveness
