As a Senior HR Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing HR initiatives and projects at Honeywell. We are looking for a high energy Sr. HR Project Management Specialist to work in the HR Functional Transformation Team, supporting Talent Investment Optimization. This is a terrific career opportunity in a high growth environment, where you will support talent and cost initiatives, business led initiatives and support the Honeywell HR leadership team.
In this Transformation role, you will be in the center of action, driving and shaping our strategies. You will learn a ton in this role! And as you work, you will build your own senior level global network that will include business, finance, and HR senior executives.
You will report directly to our HRVP and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by driving HR projects that enhance employee experience, improve HR processes, and support the growth and development of our workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support major global HR innovation initiatives from concept to success
- Contribute to talent transformation strategies and talent investment optimization
- Provide improved SBG visibility to census and labor costs
- Partner with Finance on Census and OEF analysis
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Manage special projects and initiatives within Workforce Planning, HR Accelerator and Global Design Models
