About the Opportunity:
As a senior business analyst, you will be responsible for delivery of Merchandizing Technology roadmap. Merchandizing technology supports the management of product assortment, pricing and promotions platforms. We ensure our customers have personalized convenience by having the right products at the right location and in the right manner. This involves using data-driven approaches to make decisions about inventory, pricing, and promotions, while also ensuring that products are placed in the best possible position within the store.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements, priorities, and objectives.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams practicing Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating testing efforts, documenting test cases, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Document business processes and acceptance criteria in Jira, ensuring clear communication and understanding across teams.
- Work with Master Data Management (MDM) applications, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure successful execution of Agile development practices.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in the refinement and prioritization of product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Agile development process.
