Our Opportunity:
Our well known financial services client in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be responsible for leading the requirements gathering process with our key business partners including Risk, Sales, Service, Strategy, and Technology.
Individuals in this role must use excellent partnering skills as the work requires a coordinated effort with team members and cross-functional business partners. This role will be focused on a new strategic initiative, focusing on solutions that support the varied and complex business models found in the Advisor Services Enterprise segment. To better support our Advisors as well as our key business partners, we need to establish a robust and flexible infrastructure which allows us to deliver useful insights and intelligence about the practices that we serve.
What you'll do:
- By immersing yourself within the dynamics of the Enterprise segment, you'll become an expert on the Enterprise Segment and their different business models.
- Interview business stakeholders, understand current state processes for the purpose of defining and documenting business requirements for target state.
- Transform the business requirements into deliverable stories for our technology partners
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferably 3-5 years financial services
- Ability to analyze data and information, and apply problem-solving skills to deliver recommendations and drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment, with positive attitude and solid work ethic
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $64.80 to $72 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
