The Department of Food and Nutrition is currently seeking a part time Registered Dietician to join their team at their Westchester campus.
Job Summary-Registered Dietician
- Conduct Nutrition Assessment based on MDS schedule
- Develop individualized Care Plans based on the needs of patients or residents
- Attend and participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings
- Develop nutrition education programs and provide individualized diet counseling
- Participate in Quality Improvement projects
- Assist with menu planning and conduct meal rounds
- Knowledge of computer including us of Electronic Health Record Software
3 DAY WEEKLY PART TIME SCHEDULE WITH FLEXIBILITY.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian
- Two years (2) Clinical Experience in a hospital or Sub-Acute Care setting preferred.
- New graduates are welcomed!
