We are looking for a Quality Coordinator. You will report to the Quality Supervisor.
You will report onsite at our Louisville Location. #LI-Onsite
Able to work daily and weekend overtime
As a Quality Coordinator you will:
Monitoring HACCP,SSOPandGMPprogram implementation in the facility.
Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.
Perform daily food sensory evaluation.
Handling all quality andfood safetyproductionholds and product release.
Deliverfood safetyandfood qualitytraining for facility team members.
Work with production on solution to problems resulting in out of specification products/product hold.
Perform routine audits of HACCP documentations and process.
Take routine microbiological swab samples.
Perform pre-operational line inspection after
Understanding of FDA Regulations
Other responsibilities as assigned.
You will have no directreports; however, you will provide guidance and support toquality assurancetechnicians, team managers and line lead personnel based on historical andsituationalexperiences.
You have:
2 plus years in aQuality Role
Experience withinpackaging/food products industry, preferred.
Prior HACCP experience preferred.
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft office products, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating adedicationto achievement of results.
Ability to stand, climb and lift up to 50lbs boxes. Ability to work in a multi climate environment.
