Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Senior Level Project Manager to lead and represent projects across Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics, and Co-Pilot platforms. This role is highly collaborative, and we are looking for a seasoned professional with a technical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to drive project success in a team environment. The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder management, backlog management, and technical roadmap development while showcasing exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for Power Automate, Microsoft Dynamics, and Co-Pilot initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.

Backlog and Roadmap Management

  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical roadmaps.
  • Drive sprint planning and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Gathered requirements from stakeholders and communicated business needs with technical details to developers and architects.
  • Perform quality assurance testing and verify that improvements satisfy business requirements.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular status updates and address project-related queries and concerns.
  • Serve as the central point of communication between technical teams and business partners.

Documentation and Communication

  • Draft and maintain comprehensive release notes for projects and features.
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, technical insights, and strategic goals.
  • Ensure clear and concise documentation of project requirements, risks, and outcomes.

Leadership and Facilitation

  • Command respect and lead discussions effectively in large, cross-functional meetings.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Bring proven SDLC knowledge and processes to help streamline workflows.
  • Requires a unique combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership.
  • Must be well organized, detail-oriented, meticulous with effective time management.
  • Should have methodical & creative thought processes, with the ability to quickly adapt.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or technical related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Dynamics, and Co-Pilot platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create professional, impactful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to command respect in a room and facilitate productive discussions.
  • Experience writing and managing release notes.

    Preferred Skills

    • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner, CAPM).
    • Technical background or experience collaborating with development teams.
    • Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
    • Product Management experience.
