Job Description This is a position for a leader and program manager. We are looking for a PM, preferably with technical programs leadership experience as well as DOJ/FBI programs experience. We have multiple programs in the northern Virginia area that are growing and require dynamic leaders that have a passion for mentoring and growing cohesive teams. Programs range from 20 to 250 in team size. Small programs are highly sensitive, strategically important, and quite interesting. Large programs 24/7 mission focused with need for leaders that can mentor and grow new leaders as well.
Work involves on site and remote work supporting the customer meetings, projects, and purchases. Customer meetings may be about program needs, process improvement, or personnel performance. Often meetings may require translating technical team progress and obstacles to the customer and customer needs and expectations to the team.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- The number one skill is the ability to write and verbally communicate concisely and effectively.
- Must be a team builder who can motivate and build rapport with customer executives, contracting officers, program technical leads, and team members.
- At least 10 years of experience in program management supporting DOJ and specifically FBI programs, with a demonstrated understanding of programmatic and operational requirements.
- Hands-on experience in intelligence analytics, with technical expertise to perform analytical tasks and the ability to manage and lead teams engaged in intelligence operations. The candidate must possess comprehensive knowledge of intelligence methodologies, tools, and processes to oversee and contribute to mission success.
- At least five years of experience leading and managing federal programs of increasing size and complexity.
- Experience developing and managing to a budget.
- Experience interviewing, hiring, and mentoring new employees.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential to success.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and respond flexibly to after-hours requests for assistance from either the customer or employees.
- Must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and PMP certification are highly desirable. PMP equivalent training or education, such as the National Defense University IRM Advanced Management Program, may be acceptable to the customer.
- Experience and training in ITIL and Agile processes are highly desirable.
- Scrum Master certification is a major plus.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite with expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
