Our FAST Labs Supply Chain Team is looking for a senior-level procurement professional to support a diverse portfolio of acquisitions, in a fast-paced engineering/fundamental research environment. In this role, the successful candidate will execute complex Custom, COTS, and License procurements covering a wide range of commodities, including Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, Optical, and Engineering Services. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing specifications and statements of work, sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating awards, and preparing documentation packages in accordance with DFARs, FAR, and company requirements. This position interfaces with both internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to Supply Chain Management, Supplier Quality, Engineering, Program management, and the company's approved Supply Base. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, able to build mutually beneficial relationships, while proactively adopting best practices and supporting new initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Experience in a large, complex, multifaceted electronic systems development and manufacturing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline and/or 5 years or more of procurement related work experience preferably in a Defense & Aerospace contracting environment. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, execute, and manage complex procurements across multiple commodities, including the ability to resolve contractual and performance issues with suppliers.
Strong business acumen with excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to effectively interface with all stakeholders throughout the procurement cycle.
Knowledge of FAR and DFARs regulations, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) and EAR (Export Administration Regulation) requirements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Familiarity with Oracle purchasing system.
Ability to read and understand engineering documentation and specifications.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $99410 - $168997
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
