Our global Tech client is seeking a Partnerships Marketing Manager to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week.

This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in Plano, TX.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Marketing leader to drive strategic collaborations that align with brand, marketing campaigns, and product launches. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing high-impact partnerships and sponsorships, while owning end-to-end activation and performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through partnerships.

Additional Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
8 or more years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship, activation, business development, account management, or channel sales
Experience negotiating complex deals with large, international organizations
Strong knowledge of legal, compliance, and financial processes related to contract negotiation
Experience working with technology platforms or internet brands
Established relationships with leading media and digital companies preferred
Agency experience in sponsorship, activation, or media is a plus
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to make informed decisions quickly in ambiguous situations
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
Proven project and program management experience
Highly collaborative with a focus on cross-functional alignment
Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation


Responsibilities

Identify and secure strategic partnerships that align with brand objectives, marketing campaigns, and product launches
Map partners to specific campaign goals, audience segments, and revenue targets
Develop and execute partnership frameworks that create meaningful brand and business impact
Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial terms in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Procurement
Own end-to-end delivery of partnership activations with a consumer-first mindset, ensuring successful execution and measurable outcomes
Track, analyze, and report on partnership and marketing performance metrics, and optimize strategies as needed
Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on partnerships and business development across internal teams
Identify opportunities to integrate partnerships with carrier and retail accounts to drive mutual success
Collaborate with Finance to ensure all initiatives remain within budget and meet compliance standards
Drive cross-functional alignment by ensuring teams are informed of active and upcoming partnerships
Establish best practices for partnership communication, execution, and knowledge sharing

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
