General Summary
Manage, supervise and coordinate operational activities within the Neurodiagnostic department.
Work Performed
Supervise and coordinate schedule for the group ensuring proper Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. schedules. department. funds. distribution of assignments, adequate staffing, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties. Maintain competencies for a variety of complex specialized procedures including but not limited to electroencephalograph, evoked potential, epilepsy monitoring, Tran cranial Doppler and polysomongraphy. Coordinate, develop, and implement departmental policies and procedures. Maintain liaison with medical, nursing and other hospital personnel. Assist in the evaluation of capital purchases and lab supplies. Assist in determining fiscal requirements and preparing budgetary recommendations; monitor, verify and reconcile expenditure of budgeted Serves as a liaison and resource to staff, fellows, and attending physicians for equipment used in daily operations. Train and instruct personnel on technical procedures performed in the Perform various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring, performance appraisals,promotions, disciplinary actions and vacation Assist with the departmental accreditation process.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Prefer a Bachelors degree in biology, physiology, psychology, or related field.
Experience
Work requires 3 years of experience in Neurodiagnostics including but not limited to EEG, Evoked Potentials, Epilepsy, PSG and TCD's. Prefer at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
Degrees, Licensures, Certifications
Prefer a Bachelors degree in biology, physiology, psychology, or related field.
