As the Integrated Marketing Manager, you support the firm’s brand by developing, executing and managing ongoing thought leadership and content marketing programs. The Manager drives the development, production, distribution and syndication of marketing content across a variety of vehicles, channels, and media to maximize reach and to reinforce brand positioning. The Manager leads and manages individual content initiatives and multi-pronged campaigns with a series of related content.
What You Will Do:
• Develop thought leadership content assets, including articles, infographics, reports, video, podcasts, and other media.
• Collaborate with partners, GO! Team departments, and fellow Marketing & Communications team members, and outside resources to deliver against marketing campaigns against the firm’s and practices’ strategic objectives.
• Working hand in hand with Marketing & Communications and Client Development team members, create, manage and execute plans to publish and distribute thought leadership across a variety of channels.
• Advise internal firm clients on content options, differentiating different types of thought leadership and the firm’s various vehicles and channels to help shape strategy and tactical approach.
• Lead intake, review and distribution of client alerts.
• Manage marketing collateral systems, including development of new materials, updates to existing materials, and maintenance of all digital and print repositories across the firm. Write first drafts in collaboration with partners and Client Development, and collaborate with graphic design and production processes to produce compelling, brand-compliant marketing materials for pitching and raising awareness of the firm.
• Source, write and edit stories for the firm’s intranet and other internal communications initiatives.
Who You Are:
• Proactive approach across all aspects of the function. Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders of the firm.
• Desire and ability to enact positive changes.
• Strong project management and process implementation skills.
• Deep understanding of and experience with developing and implementing effective communications and thought leadership programs.
• Attentional to detail, flexibility and ability to work with a wide variety of people.
• Extremely strong writing and editing skills.
• Fluency in PowerPoint and Excel, in addition to Word and other standard office software.
