  • Draft and edit Goodwin firm profiles in the relevant rankings and directories across relevant geographies.

  • Lead management of the submissions process and ensure adherence to deadlines, in partnership with client development.

  • Analyze, research and provide guidance to partners and other attorneys on firm profile-raising opportunities to pursue, and how best to approach nominations and submissions.

  • Coordinate the collection of data and maintain internal databases to reflect the most up-to-date firm rankings and recognitions.

  • Assist in the drafting and editing of award-winning nominations, press releases, articles, interviews, and social media content.

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of corporate communications (preferably in the legal/professional services firm) or journalism experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent

  • Master’s degree a plus

  • Strong project management and process implementation skills; high proficiency in Excel and other data management software

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Ability to communicate complex information with confidence and clarity to a variety of audiences in formal and informal settings

  • Effective interview skills

  • Demonstrated ability to generate ideas for awards submissions, website and social media content
