Job Description

Yamaha is seeking a Loan Pool Specialist II to support the day-to-day operations of our employee loan pool program. This individual contributor role plays a key part in delivering smooth, complaint, and customer-friendly experience for employees. Approximately 75% of this role supports loan pool operations, with 25% dedicated to the employee store, including merchandising, inventory, and sales support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the employee loan pool reservation system, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to policies and safety guidelines
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely, helpful support
  • Maintain fleet and maintenance records, including extensions, returns, and licensing
  • Assist with unit preparation and readiness to meet operational needs
  • Coordinate ordering of supplies and maintain documentation for reconciliation
  • Assist with merchandise selection, ordering, and inventory tracking
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
  • Create promotional materials and support employee engagement
  • Process purchases using Square POS
  • Support monthly inventory counts and sales/tax reporting
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees
  • Provide administrative support and assist with additional duties as needed

What you need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and equipment
  • Ability to safely operate industrial vehicles and machinery
  • Experience in retail, merchandising, or powersports preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; POS experience a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
