The global technology transfer team is responsible for the facilitation, management, and leadership of all drug substance and drug product technology transfers both internally and external manufactured for Biogen. We combine engineering with people leadership, extensive project management in tech transfer regulations and best practices to ensure best-in-class process execution for all phase molecules. Our team serves as the project manager and technical subject matter expert for manufacturing sciences.
Position Description
The optimal candidate will assist the Global Technology Transfer Team with process improvements to site-specific presentations, data preparation, and global program assistance. Ensuring the content is engaging, informative, compelling, and easily understood by readers. Specifically, the intern will collaborate cross functionally with global functional areas to gain agreement and strategy across both RTP locations, drug substance and parenteral facilities, as well as Baar & Solothurn, Switzerland. The intern will also collaborate with Biogen locations to make improvements to global metrics and execution tracking visibility. The role will focus on data base construction, management, and generation.

Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, SharePoint is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong writing, editing, and research skills
- Data management experience, Smartsheet is a plus
- Ability to hit deadlines and understand processes from start to finish
- Great communication skills
To participate in the Biogen Internship Program, students must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college or university
Education
Rising Sophomore or above & enrolled in a Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering or Scientific Undergraduate or Master's degreeprogram
