The HRIS Analyst I role ensures the accurate and timely management of employee and candidate data to drive pay, benefits, organization hierarchy, recruiting and data reports. You'll play a vital role in the ongoing compliance of our pay and benefit processes.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Provide support and maintenance for all HR applications and systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, performance management, onboarding software and other HR related applications)
* Manage incoming support tickets which involves triage, resolving and escalating issues.
* Set up and maintain core application tables.
* Preliminary root cause investigation partnered with team members.
* Run standard reports.
* Audit and correct data against established validation rules.
* Data entry support.
* Assist with maintaining HRIS processes and documentation.
* Partner with other HRIS team members to test and deploy system upgrades and roll out of new features.
* Provide customer service and support to system users regarding system navigation, system availability, system access requests or problems, query creation, and data or table set-up concerns.
* General knowledge of HRIS Systems architecture.
Job Requirements:
* 1+ years of HRIS administrator experience (UKG Software preferred).
* 1+ years of advanced experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access.
* 1+ year of experience with relational databases and using an enterprise reporting tool (Cognos and Tableau preferred).
* Knowledge of various HRIS functions, data management concepts, hardware, software, network and electronic data interchange capabilities.
* Working knowledge of the operations, maintenance, interfaces and security of HRIS.
* Strong communication, consulting, planning and analytical skills.
* Customer focus and achievement orientation.
* Able to work well in a team environment where cooperation and communication are critical and individuals generally work simultaneously on team-based and independent assignments
