About the Property:

About the Position:
The Food and Beverage PM Manager will provide oversight for the Food and Beverage departments within the hotel during the evening. Responsibilities for this role will focus on the food and beverage outlets. The Food and Beverage PM Manager would be responsible for overall guest satisfaction, colleague training & development, running the floor during service as well as scheduling & payroll. Other responsibilities will include coordinating buyouts or large events with clients and Sales/Events department.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred, or completion of Corporate Management Training Program equivalent
· Bar/Nightclub knowledge preferred
· Experience with Hotel/Restaurant Operating Systems, such as Micros, HotSOS, Opera, Etc.
· Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, or like programs
· Ideal applicant should have strong organization and communication skills
· The ability to work a flexible work schedule, including opening, closing, nights, weekends, and holidays
· Be a team player and a dynamic leader
