Full Job Description

Marketing Tech firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary to Permanent Executive Assistant to support the firm's co-CEO's. This position will start ASAP, requires Tuesday - Thursday in office with Monday and Friday remote. Must have flexibility to come in as needed. Hours 9:00am-5/6:00pm, availability for OT as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Tracking, prioritizing, and assisting with follow-ups to internal and external meetings, and representing the Co-CEO in communications with key internal and external stakeholders. Draft emails, internal and external memos, and manage email and general correspondence on behalf of co-CEO's
  • Will work closely with the Co-CEO, his Chief of Staff, and the rest of the company's senior leadership team.
  • Interact with a wide array of external stakeholders, from investors to C-suite customers to job candidates, on everything from scheduling requests to special projects
  • Maintain efficient flow of information between all levels of contacts on a wide spectrum of projects and priorities
  • Arrange travel
  • Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in an executive assistant role supporting a CEO or C-level executive
  • Proven experience juggling many high-impact tasks under pressure. Ability to prioritize appropriately, with a strategic view on how to handle difficult calendars and urgent requests
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and help plug gaps across the organization, as needed
  • Highly proactive and can plan ahead to anticipate the Co-CEO's needs; you are comfortable working independently and can do so with accuracy
  • Outstanding organization skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible, patient and easy-going ability to "roll with the punches". Energetic and upbeat disposition and excellent sense of humor
  • Ability to interact with individuals at all levels, particularly senior levels, both within and outside of the company
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Previous experience working at a startup or in another fast-paced industry (e.g., finance)
    • Proficiency with G-Suite, Asana, Excel, and related tools

Compensation/Benefits:
  • DOE up to $150k
