We are looking for an EHS Manager to join our team onsite at our Louisville, KY food manufacturing facility.
As the EHS Manager, reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead and support the development of a facility-wide EHS culture, implementing safety concepts to achieve zero injuries and world-class performance. You'll analyze accident data to identify preventable trends and types.
What you'll do in this role:
Manage all aspects of environmental, health, safety and sustainable development programs
Direct environmental compliance and performance functions following government regulations, corporate compliance guidelines and applicable environmental requirements.
Implement environmental concepts and maintains documentation to complete all environmental reporting promptly and ensures ongoing environmental compliance.
Promote an accident-free work environment by developing programs that train, monitor and assure a safe workplace.
Support accident investigations and prepare accident reports required by regulatory agencies
Conduct inspections and audits in plant to detect existing or potential accident hazards and determine corrective or preventative measures
Lead the EH&S Pillar team
Administer initial Workers Compensation functions
Guide and direct plant toward compliance of State, Federal and local Safety and Environmental regulations
Determine and direct necessary compliance training for all individuals to assure OSHA, TOSHA, EPA and Conagra training requirements
What you'll need to be successful:
Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Health or related degree
5+ years manufacturing EHS experience including leading teams and project management
Experience with OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations
Understanding of State and Federal regulations and applicability to facility
Experience performing risk assessments and leading audits

Physical Demands:
Work in a manufacturing environment with hot or cold areas, slippery surfaces, and the need to climb ladders and stairs. Exposure to all food allergens.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
