Retail company is seeking a Digital Designer to join their team. Candidates must be willing to work onsite 5 days per week in Hacienda Heights.
MUST HAVES:
- Retail and brand experience
- Strong digital design background, specifically in social media posts, banners, paid/earmed media
- Modern and sophisticated design aesthetic
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop creative across a variety of digital marketing channels (i.e., banners, digital ads, social media, landing pages, website creative, emails, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute design concepts that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals underneath the direction of the Creative Director
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital design to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
- Ensure all designs are consistent with company brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and creativity
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities to meet deadlines
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our visual communications
