Responsibilities
1. Identify and resolve donor data discrepancies and duplicate donor records, including evaluating discrepant information to determine the appropriate resolution.
2. Contact donors and third parties to resolve donor data issues.
3. Modify donor and patient records, including applying and removing deferrals to donor records.
4. Assist in coordinating the workflow of the area, including daily production operations and information requests, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
5. Mitigate regulatory, donor and recipient risks by ensuring team meets all compliance guidelines and timelines and implementing solutions to ensure and improve quality.

Qualifications
Education: High School or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of related typing/data processing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Management Experience: N/A
Skills & Abilities: Ability to work on a team. Intermediate level computer skills with Microsoft Office applications in a windows environment are required. Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills required. Must be detail oriented; possess strong organizational skills and the ability to process data with speed and accuracy.
Travel: Some travel may be required.
*Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).
Physical Requirements
The duties are representative of the essential functions of the position. Physical requirements are those present in normal office environment conditions. Operational flexibility is required to meet sudden and unpredictable needs. Ability to use a personal computer and applicable software for sustained periods of time.
