ATA Services Inc is currently looking to hire a Customer Service Agent to work on a temporary assignment with Motor Vehicle Department in Santa Fe, NM.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour with weekly pay
• Location: 1100 South St Francis Drive * Santa Fe, NM 87505
• 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
• Must be able to pass background check and fingerprinting

Job Duties:

• Utilizes MVD's data systems to process driver transactions.
• Reviews each transaction's supporting documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal law.
• Receives and processes for transactions conducted in person, by mail or by phone.
• Provides quality customer service by greeting and serving customers in person, telephonically, via the Internet, or by mail.
• Evaluates process flows to ensure work is completed on-time and efficiently and revises work flows if necessary.
• Promotes quality customer service by applying customer sensitivity practices.
• Keeps up to date with MVD policies and procedures by accessing any changes in the MVD manual.
• Acts as a liaison to courts, law enforcement, and other government agencies
• Assisting with Hearing requests
• Works with DWI Convictions
• Suspension and reinstatement of credentials
• Works with medical requests
