Corporate Vice President (MG3) - Agency Insights & Analytics

Position Summary
The Corporate Vice President will partner closely with Agency, Field Productivity and Field Operations to produce reporting, insights and analytics to support the business strategy.
Core/Key Responsibilities
- In direct partnership with Agency, lead the Agency sales reporting and planning processes
- Consolidate and report Agency building metrics results and insights
- Develop business insights and analytics, based on analyzing field activity, sales results, industry and other emerging trends
- Enhance current forecast models with predictive modeling capabilities
- Collaborate with LIMRA to develop sales survey responses and communicate results
- Partner closely with FP&A on projecting and assessing the business and financial impact of strategic initiatives
- Lead continuous improvement and talent development across the broader Finance organization
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, and/or Data Science
- Master's Degree is a plus
Key Skills and Licenses & Certifications
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Controllership, and/or Business Data Analytics
- Proficient in AWS, Tableau, and Anaplan
- Proficient in Leadership Competencies with specific focus on open communication, operational excellence, and delivering business objectives
- Strong ability to build relationships and maintain ongoing partnerships
Pay Transparency
Salary Range:$155,000-$267,500
Overtime eligible:Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes
Sales bonus eligible:No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
