Summary of role
The Commercial Training and Enablement Director is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving strategic, compliant, and business-aligned learning solutions across the Lantheus commercial organization. This role leads curriculum design, facilitation, assessment, onboarding, certification, launch readiness, and ongoing capability development for field and cross-functional teams. The position also ensures effective use of Lantheus learning platforms, sales systems, and enablement tools to create a continuous, measurable learning experience that improves readiness, confidence, and commercial performance.
This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Onboarding and Learning Journey Management
- Lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of onboarding programs and role-based learning journeys for new commercial hires.
- Partner with field managers, FSTs, HR, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding milestones, training expectations, and business priorities are aligned.
- Ensure learners have access to required platforms, resources, and certifications needed to progress successfully through onboarding.
- Organize and execute new hire training classes.
- Continuously improve upon onboarding processes while allowing flexibility by role, brand, and learner need.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
