A "Channel Reseller Program Analyst" is responsible for analyzing data related to a company's reseller network, identifying trends and opportunities within the channel sales ecosystem, and providing insights to optimize the performance of reseller programs, including sales strategies, partner engagement, and overall channel revenue generation by monitoring key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Data analysis and reporting: Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales data from reseller partners to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for growth across different sales channels.
- Partner performance monitoring: Tracking key metrics like sales volume, deal registration, customer satisfaction, and partner compliance to assess reseller performance against targets.
- Market analysis: Studying market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for channel expansion and partner recruitment.
- Program optimization: Identifying areas for improvement within the reseller program, including incentive structures, training programs, and marketing support.
- Partner enablement: Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop training materials and support tools to educate and empower reseller partners.
- Incentive management: Managing and administering incentive programs for reseller partners, ensuring compliance with program rules and guidelines.
- Communication and collaboration: Maintaining open communication with reseller partners, addressing concerns, and providing timely updates on program changes.
- Dashboard development: Creating data visualizations and dashboards to present key insights to stakeholders regarding channel performance.
MUST HAVE:
- Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Business acumen: Understanding of sales processes, channel dynamics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Office proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data manipulation tools
- Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
