RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide change management and communication support for global business process and technologyinitiatives.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and implement strategic communications and change tactics
- Support overall change management efforts, support communication efforts, identify training needs, and identify additional types of support for stakeholders
- Identify and manage change impacts by creating plans to support end users through the change.
- Maintainthecommunication plan, drafting communications, getting stakeholder approval, identifying audiences for communication distribution, overseeing the delivery of communications
- Engage sponsors and key stakeholders on key project milestones, decisions, and deliverables.
- Evaluate effectiveness of efforts and develop templates and process standards that embody best practices. Create feedback mechanisms for continual process and deliverables improvement.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of work experience within Communications/Change Mgtminimum
- Competent in working on cross-functional projects.
- Ability to co-manage a team of individuals and drive a project to successful completion.
- Highly organized, maintains rigor of process, and holds task owners accountable.
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Competent in written and oral communication. Competent making presentations, giving status updates and facilitating cross-functional and cross-site meetings.
