Job Description
We're seeking a Procurement Travel Category Manager to lead the strategic sourcing and management of travel-related service agreements, including travel management company(ies), online booking tool(s), and preferred hotel program(s). This role will also support other shared services agreements and lead the meetings/group sourcing program (SMMP).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute category plans for travel-related services and other shared services agreements as applicable.
Track, justify and report spend analytics, cost savings and avoidance.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review and develop requirements.
Develop RFP's and review contract language and negotiate agreements such as TMC, TE Card. P-Card, Air, Hotel, Rental Car, Ground transportation, etc.
Manage supplier relationships and troubleshoot issues.
Follow Procurement policies and procedures.
Communicate with internal and external customers to provide accurate and timely information.
Organize and arrange the company Travel Working Group (TWG) meetings and plan QBR's with strategic suppliers.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of related procurement experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of current market trends, best practices, and contracting models.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in the Aerospace & Defense industry
Global agreement experience
Category planning and supplier relationship management skills

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $108000 - $183600

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
