The Billing Administrator is responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate invoicing, and maintaining financial records. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and provide exceptional customer service.
You will report to the Sr Field Service Manager and will work out of our Albany, NY office on a hybrid schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
- Manage billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies with clients
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Stay updated on billing regulations and best practices
COMPENSATION
The hourly range for this position is $27.88-$35.10. Please note this compensation information serves as a general guideline. - Proficient in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
