Skills and Competencies
* Proven 3-5 years in a collaboration services Project Manager role.
* Knowledge of MS Teams, Telephony, M365, and Audio visual meeting room equipment installation planning.
* Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
* Strong familiarity with Hybrid and Agile frameworks - Waterfall, Scrum and Kanban.
* Scrum Master certification and agile project management experience a plus.
* Strong track record with managing complex and fast-paced projects.
* Ability to read and interpret floor plans, working drawings and schematics.
* Excellent vendor management.
* Working understanding of network principles in reference to delivering conference rooms/telephony solutions.
* Jira, Confluence, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Project skills, CAD.
* Ability to be flexible to work additional hours including weekends or late shifts as required to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be a member of the Collaboration Engineering team and will be aligned with multiple Engineers to assist in project definition, project execution, and embracing agile best practices. The Project Manager will be responsible for understanding the project goals, fostering stakeholder engagement, developing, and executing project plans, and monitoring the project performance in a distributed team environment. In addition, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing risks and dependencies and communicating with project stakeholders at all levels. The Project Manager will drive work with multiple stakeholders and supporting teams including, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Networks, Product Management, and Desktop Support.
* Collaborate with other PMs and PMO to ensure hybrid and agile process-adherence.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
* Create a positive, collaborative, and cohesive project environment.
* Manage project commitments and deliverables.
* Remove impediments and mitigate risks and dependencies.
* Enhance accountability, transparency, and adaptability throughout all stages of the project.
* Drive communication, improve velocity, and radiate information to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
* Assist in team delivery of initiatives while holding internal and external teams accountable for their commitments.
* Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
* Communicating asynchronously with project team members and stakeholders.
* Work with vendors on equipment delivery, installation, and project deployments. Hold vendor accountable for project deliverables and timelines.
About the team
The Collaboration Engineering (CE) team is responsible for Unified Communications and Collaboration environments such as MS Teams, Zoom, Zoom Phone, Trello, Miro and other UC platforms etc, Mobility for Unified Communications as a Service, design and standardization of video conferencing rooms and solutions and development and enhancement of all products and services within the CE team.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $97,300-$141,100, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
