Located in Greater Palm Springs, Grand Hyatt Resort and Villas has completed its property-wide renovation and up branding. Featuring 531 newly transformed luxury guestrooms, suites, casita-style villas, and two brand new Celebrity Chef food & beverage venues, the property now offers an elevated experience. Set within the perfect backdrop of scenic Indian Wells, this destination is positioned to take hospitality to a new level.
This will be an on-property role and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.
The Assistant Director of Revenue Management is responsible for leading all functions relating to maximizing overall hotel revenue for rooms and food and beverage by implementing effective pricing and distribution strategies in medium-sized resorts. Outperform direct competitors by winning market share with rational and competitive pricing, distribution strategy backed by targeted marketing, and careful hotel inventory management to maximize topline revenue and yield high net profits. Manage and oversee reservations and revenue management analytic functions to produce reporting that supports and evaluates hotel business strategies. Provide guidance and support sales and marketing initiatives targeted to meet the needs of the hotel. Produce accurate revenue forecasts that help set hotel goals and outgrow the competition.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt Resort and Villas reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. This position is also eligible for incentive bonuses based on performance.
Qualifications
- 1 year as an analyst in the hotel industry revenue management discipline
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people
- 1 year or more of progressive hotel revenue management experience
- Clear concise written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Intermediate or expert skill level in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products
