JOB SUMMARY - Associate Business Services Analyst

We are looking for a technical analyst who can utilize their innovative vision by using their skills and imagination to provide business intelligence services and solutions to the Conagra Brands GBS Organization. This position will be a member of an intellectual Business Intelligent and Analytic team, a part of the Conagra Brands Global Business Services Center of Excellence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the product owner(s) using a breadth of tools and technologies to design and deliver actionable, strategic, functional and tactical reporting and analytic solutions. Ensuring that they are fully aligned, engaged and accountable for a successful solution delivery.
• Aptitude to identify the needs and opportunities for improved processes, reporting, and analytics delivery and support.
• Potential to learn RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies to design and implement solutions for business partners.
• Lead strong, proactive relationships with internal customers and IT teams.
• Ability to adapt to ever changing priorities and technologies ensuring you stay current with and appropriately leverage business intelligence industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the solution delivery through disciplined and consistent use of project management phases including but not limited to: requirements gathering, prioritization, understanding business processes and data, tool selection, solution design and build, validation/testing, documentation, deployment and stabilization.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to analyze business requirements and integrate them into key business intelligence processes. Technical skills aptitude that allows for ease in learning new business processes, data models and solution tools.
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps or similar technology.
• Preferred exposure to ERP applications, (e.g. SAP R3, BI and Business Objects)
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience creating self-service tools/dashboards used to perform what-if analysis, predict future outcomes and highlight drivers of business results
• Experience inwriting SQL queries to perform data analysis and/or produce reports for business usage would be a plus
• Understanding of agile methodologies
• Ability to manage several projects and tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong relationship building and organizational skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Omaha office 3 days per week: Tues, Weds & Thurs.

Compensation:

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
