We are setting the standard for a modern sports and entertainment brand that shapes a better tomorrow for all.    Position Summary: The Analyst, Pro Personnel will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing professional players at all levels in collaboration with professional scouts, Baseball Research, and Player Development. • Write player evaluations using video and analytical data sources. 
• Synthesize scouting information, projections, and analytics to distill player values and rankings. 
• Coordinate with front office personnel to complete targeted player evaluation assignments. 
• Perform research to assist with talent acquisition, internal evaluations, and market analysis. 
• Assist in quality assurance of pro scouting reports and player projection models. 
• Educate stakeholders on evaluation methods including live-looks, video scouting, and analytics. 

Requirement Experience and Education:

• 1 - 2 years of experience with player analysis, coaching, or video scouting. 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, a quantitative field, or commensurate work experience. 
• Data analyst experience: ability to interpret and analyze statistics. 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Exceptional skills in communicating concepts related to player evaluation and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of current industry trends related to scouting, player evaluation, biomechanical analysis, and/or technology. 
• Fluency with using SQL relational databases. 
• Strong computer skills with ability to operate MS Office. 
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds. 

  Location: Minneapolis, MN   Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, which varies based on company and individual performance. Total cash compensation will depend on bonus payouts and will likely exceed base salary.   Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
