As a Solution Test Automation, Execution Engineer here at Honeywell Smart Energy, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of testing activities and the delivery of high-quality products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring that all necessary tests are conducted to validate product performance and reliability. You will provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in conducting tests and analyzing results, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a team of engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of projects within budget and scope
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in test engineering or a similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with test methodologies and tools
